Looking at data recently recorded through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program, the most land and rural property sales were recorded in Columbia County. Hunters can find game including turkey, whitetail deer, bear, geese, pheasant, ducks, grouse, and dove on land for sale here, while fishermen can cast for bass, trout, catfish, walleye, pike, and salmon.
